At All About Cases, every product is carefully crafted and goes through strict quality checks before it reaches you. Due to the custom-fit nature and hygiene standards of our mobile skins and covers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
We strongly recommend that you double-check your phone model and selected design before placing your order to avoid any issues.
However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage, or wrong item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, it is mandatory to record a proper unboxing video:
The video must be continuous (no cuts or edits)
It should clearly show the sealed package being opened
The product and issue must be clearly visible in the video
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
Once verified, our team will review your case and provide a suitable resolution.
